Fun was had by all!

Dancers received their annual attendance certificates along with their Assessment Certificate. I am amazed at how everybody grew and made Dance'Age their home during this year. As Instructor I can only say that my heart over flows with joy.

What is Dance’Combo?
Main Genre is Modern Dance and other genres such as Belly Dance, Latin American, Hip Hop, Street Dance and all I have learnt from very good teachers & choreographers over the years may also be fused in to the classes so that clients may experience and learn as much as possibe. Dance'Combo also contains exercise and styles I learnt through self learning, research and dance genres I have learnt through my experience as a performer and dance instructor. All of this fused together gives you a fun  and full dance work out, filled with surprises and fun dance routines which give the student or client a full dance workout and everyone the chance to enjoy dance to it's fullest.

One can say that Dance’Combo takes the work out of exercise! It’s Fun! Fun! Fun!


Who is it for?
Dance’Combo classes are aimed at those who despise traditional exercise such as running, gym, etc., but who love dancing and feel that they need an extramural activity to switch off from their daily routines in a non-competitive relaxed atmosphere but organized environment while getting a wonderful workout, learning how to dance and making friends with fellow class participants and the instructors. However, anybody who enjoys exercise and who wants to dance in between their other activities are more than welcome to join the fun. Dance’Combo is also ideal for those who enjoyed dancetraining during their youth but who couldn’t continue due to career and home demands.

Children and Teens also enjoy Dance'Combo. As an instructor I really enjoy motivating the kids to show off their newly learnt skills and to learn more dance steps at home, from other studios, from tv or internet and to come and show off in class. Not only do these fun activities motivate a better self esteem, but children develope a passion for dancing and really enjoy themselves.

A fun, stress free activity in a relaxed but disciplined non competitive environment have proven in studies that children participating such activities do better academically then those who don't. As an added plus: Children who participate in dance classes are also less likely to suffer major injuries on the sports field and perform better.

Classes are available for kids, teens and adults.

What if I am not fit and have “two left feet” with no rhythm to speak of?

All levels of fitness, dance ability and ages are welcome in the Dance’Combo class. The key secret with this class: Come with an open mind and be patient with yourself. Attend all your classes, listen to your body and do what you can to the best of your own capability, with time your body will train and the more you practice dance and the exercises taught in class the better you will get.  I am a strong believer in “pacing” methods and do believe that as we practice dance or any other activity daily, so our bodies develop and strengthen. Before we even know it we are well beyond our goals and two left feet have become a “right and a left”.


What are some of the advantages of Dance’Combo (or Dance in general) and joining class?

toning in a friendly, relaxed and non-competitive environment.
